An established and highly regarded London firm are looking to recruit a capable and detail-driven Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join its busy Canary Wharf office.
This is a hands-on role supporting two experienced fee earners, offering exposure across the full residential conveyancing lifecycle — from instruction through to post-completion.
The Role
You’ll be embedded in a fast-paced property team, taking ownership of key stages of the transaction process, including:
- Assisting on files from instruction to completion
- Drafting completion statements and handling financial calculations
- Preparing and submitting SDLT returns
- Handling AP1 applications and Land Registry formalities
- Managing post-completion processes and file closures
- Providing proactive support to two fee earners
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 18 months’ experience in residential conveyancing
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail
- Solid understanding of post-exchange and post-completion processes
- Organised, reliable, and comfortable in a high-volume environment
