An established and highly regarded London firm are looking to recruit a capable and detail-driven Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join its busy Canary Wharf office.
  
This is a hands-on role supporting two experienced fee earners, offering exposure across the full residential conveyancing lifecycle — from instruction through to post-completion.
  
The Role
  
You’ll be embedded in a fast-paced property team, taking ownership of key stages of the transaction process, including:
  • Assisting on files from instruction to completion
  • Drafting completion statements and handling financial calculations
  • Preparing and submitting SDLT returns
  • Handling AP1 applications and Land Registry formalities
  • Managing post-completion processes and file closures
  • Providing proactive support to two fee earners
  
What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum 18 months’ experience in residential conveyancing
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Solid understanding of post-exchange and post-completion processes
  • Organised, reliable, and comfortable in a high-volume environment
