A leading London law firm with a highly regarded and growing real estate practice is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join its award-winning team.

The role offers high-quality work, strong client exposure, autonomy, and clear scope for progression within a supportive and commercially focused environment.

The Role
You will manage a broad commercial property caseload, including:
  • Acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold commercial property
  • Development site acquisitions, schemes and onward disposals
  • Landlord and tenant matters, including agreements for lease
  • Real estate finance and secured lending transactions
  • Investment property work for portfolio clients
  • Client management, transaction delivery and business development support
You will work closely with Partners on complex and high-value matters while also taking ownership of your own files from instruction through to completion.

The Candidate
The firm is looking for a qualified Solicitor with:
  • 5+ years’ PQE in commercial property
  • Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness
  • Experience acting for developers, investors, landlords, tenants and/or lenders
  • The confidence to manage a varied caseload independently
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation and client-handling skills
  • A proactive, organised and commercially minded approach
Experience in development work, lender-side finance or higher-value transactions would be advantageous but is not essential.
